Fittings are by appointment. If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for advance notice so we can offer the time to others.

We want your dress to reach you safely and on time. This policy explains our delivery and collection options.
You are welcome to collect your order from our studio at Europa Business Centre, Konstitucijos pr. 7A, during opening hours. We will let you know when it is ready.
We ship across Lithuania using trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery is typically 2–5 business days after your order is confirmed, depending on your location and any tailoring required.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or confirmed with you before dispatch. Collection in-store is free of charge.
Where available, we will share tracking details so you can follow your parcel's progress.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy sets out how returns and refunds work.
In line with EU consumer law, you generally have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return of unworn, unaltered items in their original condition and packaging.
Dresses that have been tailored or altered to your specific measurements may not be eligible for return, except where there is a fault. We will always make this clear before work begins.
Approved refunds are usually processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us promptly and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
